Leah Hostetler is an Offering Manager with IBM Business Analytics. As a CPA with over 15 years’ experience in the software industry, Leah is keenly interested in applying technology to solve business problems. She is currently focused on providing analytics to everyone through self service in Cognos Analytics and has been influential in the release of the new Exploration capability. Her priorities are ease of use and the user experience.
Paul is responsible for Marketing Globally, supporting the Business Analytics and Data Science product portfolio of IBM. Paul first joined IBM in 1998 as a Marketing Specialist and has continued his career in roles both regionally and worldwide crossing numerous disciplines and brands. Prior to his current role, Paul most recently held leadership positions in Corporate Headquarters in New York as the Marketing Operations Analytics Leader and in China as the Marketing Center of Excellence Leader supporting China, Japan and Korea.
Graham Turney is an experienced business leader with 6+ years dedicated to acquisition marketing within the startup community. I'm primarily a people manager and problem solver who enjoys taking broken processes and making them work. This often means working across multiple teams within the organization to uncover and implement a solution.
Michael McGeein is a Senior Offering Manager in Business Analytics. Currently he is focused on data modelling in Cognos Analytics, part of the Business Analytics division. He was one of the Offering Managers who brought Watson Analytics to market. Previously he was on the Business Intelligence team and has been part of IBM Analytics for more than 10 years. During that time Michael was heavily involved in reporting and dashboarding, driving the business user experience in the product management team. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and has worked in analytics product development for more than 20 years.
Kevin McFaul, an IBM Analytics Product Manager has been a key driver in the evolution of Cognos Analytics to a modern BI platform. His is involved in a variety of aspects of the analytics portfolio. His commitment to improving the business user experience is evident in his current areas of focus - Dashboarding and Storytelling - a new way to empower users to communicate their data and findings in a more effective and engaging manner. He is passionate about continuously driving the future evolution of Analytics to enable all users to realize its potential.

Four months as a member of the Business Analytics team, Sami is now focused on Reporting, Conformance and the overall competitive landscape.

Michael is responsible for developing strategies and messaging to drive sales of IBM business analytics solutions through our partner ecosystem. He works with sellers and tech sellers on specific opportunities; understanding requirements and creating compelling proposals. Using what he's learns from field engagements I interact with product management to ensure solution gaps are addressed.

Brian McGoff is the Global Business Unit Executive for IBM Business Analytics. In this role Brian is focused on building strong teams and support for delivering enhanced business outcomes to clients worldwide by optimizing the use of next generation analytics, data solutions, and services linked directly to key operational systems.
Global Business Partner Segment Lead, IBM Business Analytics
Dave Albert is responsible for Global Sales and Business Development for the Business Analytics Tools segment in IBM’s business partner organization. Dave has 20 years of experience in the business intelligence and analytics space. His current focus is centered on business partner success and growing the ecosystem of business analytics among IBM’s business partner community. Dave started with Cognos in 1998 and his experience is sales, marketing and technical services have allowed him to be a positive influence in the analytics space. He is based in Ottawa, Canada
Ana Fernatt is the social content strategist for IBM Global Business Partners. She has more than a decade of experience in social media and four years with IBM.
Nickolus Plowden is a Product Marketing Manager for the IBM Business Intelligence product portfolio. Nickolus has over 25 years of experience in B2B product management and marketing roles in the telecommunications, aerospace and defense, and analytics industries. His role as a business analytics advocate for IBM enables him to use his industry knowledge to share the benefits of using analytics across organizations to make better, more informed business decisions.
